Hi Denise, Thanks for getting in touch! I think that the intro of Barcelona Chairs into your space would be a lovely way to move yourself to a more eclectic style of decorating. You mentioned French Country, so are you on the lighter side of things with your colour palette? If so, then perhaps think about getting the chairs in a colour other than black (something in the cream, beige or caramel family would be stunning). If your colours are richer and darker then black or chocolate brown would certainly work well.

For the chairs to really fit into your design scheme, take a step back and have a really good look at the room (taking a photograph will help to give yourself some critical distance from the space). The chairs will mix in best if they're given a bit of breathing room, so you might have to edit a little first (especially if you're a bit of a collector like me) and go for a slightly crisper and calmer feel. And I'd definitely carry some of the bright polished silver of the chair frame into a couple of accessories to bring everything together.
